PROTOTYPING
- We can assist in your product design by creating a prototype part. This will allow you to test for fit and function and accommodate any changes to design prior to finalizing the design. By working with us at this stage, we can use/test methods that will tie directly into the production tool process allowing us to save both time and money on the overall program.
LOW VOLUME STAMPING
We recognize and appreciate that not all customers require a high-volume number of parts. Titan has the capability to assist, if the need should arise, by providing low volume stamping services, whether a hundred parts or a thousand parts. This is especially helpful if early parts become a necessity.
PRESS BRAKE TOOLING MACHINING
Titan can assist you in refurbishing your existing press brake tooling or CNC/wire burn a new press break tooling per your required specifications. Our CNC can machine up to 48” segment or grind up to 20” segment.
